BJ Heating and Cooling is your first choice for residential heating and cooling repairs. Our technicians are thoroughly trained for most HVAC repair problems. When our technician arrives at your home, he will make a thorough diagnosis of the problem. The service technician then discusses the problem they have found and their recommendations. They explain what part of the equipment is not functioning properly and what repair parts it will take, if any, to fix the problem.

The cost of the repairs and parts are discussed prior to any repairs being made. If you choose not to authorize the repairs, you will be charged for a diagnostic fee.

Preventive Maintenance

As a Maintenence Agreement Customer you will receive the following benefits for a consecutive 12 month period:

• Priority emergency service - (812) 283-7221
• A 15% discount on all repairs.
• One check up and cleaning for the cooling season and one check up and cleaning for the heating season.
• The $69.00 diagnostic fee will waived at all times (7 days a week).

Why maintenance plans? All equipment manufacturers recommend semi-annual equipment safety and performance checks. Systems that are neglected can not operate at their peak efficiency or capacity. We can also identify potential problems before they fail on the hottest day of the year.
